Recipe For Baked Spaghetti With Meat Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (14 ounces) tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.

- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
