  16. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  17. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  18. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  19. Let the lasagna cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
