Spaghetti Squash Nests Trader Joe'S Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 1 jar of Trader Joe's tomato sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

  4. Place the spaghetti squash halves cut side down on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the flesh is tender.
  5. Remove the spaghetti squash from the oven and use a fork to scrape the flesh into "nests" in a baking dish.
  6. In a saucepan, heat the Trader Joe's tomato sauce over medium heat.
  7. Add the minced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until fragrant.
  8. Pour the tomato sauce over the spaghetti squash nests.
  9. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the tomato sauce.
  10. Bake the spaghetti squash nests for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
