Ingredients

Tomatoes Garlic Onion Basil Olive Oil Salt Sugar
  • 6-8 medium-sized fresh tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the tomatoes

Step 2: Cook the aromatics

In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, and sauté until the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant, about 5 minutes.
