Ingredients:
For the soup:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 8 ounces spaghetti noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
